Rule 26
Provisions relating to Closed Courts
(1) According to sub-section (2) of section 79 of the Act, in cases where national security, public order and the rights of the victim are to be protected, during the hearing of the case in a closed court, the Prad officer, the accused, the victim and his/her guardian and the persons permitted by the military court are present to defend the accused. Only other persons will not be able to attend.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the matter heard in closed court should not be made public in any way before the judgment is passed.
